Chunking: Break long information into smaller, manageable parts.
Example: The number 123456789 can be chunked as 123-456-789.
Repetition: Repeat information multiple times at intervals to store it in long-term memory.
Association: Connect new information with what you already know.
Example: Remember a person’s name by associating it with a familiar face or event.
Use a mind map to link main ideas with sub-ideas.
Place the main topic in the center, with related ideas branching out, using colors and icons to enhance memory.
