We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager – East Africa to lead and accelerate sales growth across the East African market for I.P.P. The Assistant Sales Manager-East Africa will be responsible for developing the market, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth for our flexible packaging solutions in East Africa.

Drive sales growth across East Africa for I.P.P's flexible packaging portfolio.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across food and non-food segments.
Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term partnerships with clients.
Own the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and order generation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
Represent I.P.P in customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
