The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of digital and software solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of digital and software solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Understand client objectives and align them with the company’s software solutions.
Account & Project Management
Manage client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account support.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, and Support) to ensure smooth delivery.
Track account performance, usage, and client satisfaction.
Account Growth & Retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop account plans to drive growth, renewals, and retention.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and client concerns.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare regular performance updates and insights for clients.
Lead virtual meetings, reviews, and product demos.
Share client feedback with internal teams to support product improvements.
