It is seeking for a proactive and results-driven Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring data is transformed into meaningful strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
Gather, clean and validate data from multiple sources
Maintain databases and ensure data integrity
Analysis & Reporting
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling
Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Excel
Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
Business Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance or operations) to identify data needs
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience and profitability
Advanced Analytics
Apply machine learning techniques where applicable
Conduct trend analysis and forecasting
