Job Description

Manage and strengthen customer relationships with Kerry, including overseeing all customer activities in accordance with customer segmentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plan to optimise the use of all Kerry technologies, working with the RD&A team. Secure agreement and execute pricing plans. Complete commercial agreements with customers in compliance with Kerry guidelines Provide input to and ensure staff compliance with all applicable Kerry systems/processes. Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets. Monitor any variances and work closely with the finance team. Working with Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction through proper forecasting and customer engagements. Analyse business trends to develop business growth strategy and manage total opportunity pipeline.
