Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and management across Google platforms
Timely Updates: Complete data updates and entries within specified deadlines
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in data entry processes to increase efficiency
Capabilities
A blend of personal and technical skills, knowledge, and behaviors that you apply in different situations to support your outcomes effectively
Proficiency in Google Workspace: Must be exceptional in using Google Sheets, Docs, and other Google Workspace tools for data entry and management
Proficiency in building out reporting via Lookerstudio with experience sourcing data from Google Sheets
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy
Basic Analytical Skills: Ability to identify discrepancies or issues within datasets and suggest improvements or corrections
Time Management: Capable of working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
