Role Description Per directly we are looking for a MANAGER OPERATIONS to manage the facilities and team of local staff at our boutique hotel (21 rooms) located in Paje Zanzibar. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, cost control, driving sales, managing the food and beverage department, maintenance , housekeeping, and ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel.
